The Jacksonville Public Library is actively seeking a Manager for Contracts.  This position reports to the Assistant Director for Library Finance and Budget and is responsible for Public Library contracts administration. The manager will monitor contract budgets, purchases, reporting and renewal dates for all Public Library contracts.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in finance, accounting, business administration, contract management, or a similar field.
• Minimum two-year’s experience managing contracts.
• Experience in Oracle-based accounting system is preferred.
• Experience in public or governmental finance or contracts is preferred.
