  • What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Project Archivist to support the mission and vision of Baylor University within the Texas Collection by processing and organizing backlog collections including the Ruth Shick Montgomery papers and Ernest Gus Fisher collection. This is a two-year full-time position .

A Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant work experience is required. A Master's Degree and three years of relevant work experience is required.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will DoProcess the Ruth Shick Montgomery papers to archival standards

  • Assist in providing public assistance
  • Process the Ernest Gus Fisher papers
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
