The position of Library Desk Clerk is a Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidates for our amazing team.

As a Part-Time Classified Library Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service to patrons at the library; basic troubleshooting of equipment and software; providing help in using, e-learning software, library, and college resources. The standard hours of this position are Monday through Thursday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. while school is in session during the Fall, Winter, and Spring terms and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the summer term and intersessions. Scheduled hours may vary based on service needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications:

  • AS or AA or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, experience and training including library experience, tutoring services experience, customer service experience and computer experience.
  • Must be competent in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft office.Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:
