Digital Navigator Coordinator

In coordination with the Library’s Managed IT Services, the coordinator is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining computers and related systems within the organization. Performs & Troubleshoots installations, upgrades and backups of software and hardware applications. Full job description is available on the library’s website (www.glpld.org). The coordinator also provides technology training to Patrons and Staff as needed. Reports to the Information Services Manager & Library Director.

Candidate must work minimum of one evening per week and a full weekend rotation monthly. Candidate would also work either the 1st Saturday OR the 4th Saturday of the month.

All of the library’s full-time employees receive paid sick time, personal time, and vacation time, paid holidays and this position will require mandatory IMRF (Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund) participation.
