Indiana University Indianapolis University Library, https://library.indianapolis.iu.edu/, seeks a creative, collaborative librarian to join its Educational Services Unit to contribute to a robust instruction and liaison program. The Social Sciences Librarian will work closely with one other Business Librarian, as well as the faculty and administration of the Kelley School of Business and the Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs to ensure that University Library is able to meet their research and instructional needs. We are seeking applicants who welcome a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment, with a desire to impact student learning and faculty success. This is a 12-month, tenure-track position which includes expectations of professional development/creative activity, and service, with an anticipated start date of June 1, 2025. Â Â
The Social Sciences Librarian reports to the Associate Dean for Educational Services. The position will participate in the Educational Services Unit’s core functions of teaching, learning, outreach, engagement, and instructional assessment.Â

Compensation and Application
Minimum salary is $58,000, with additional funding for professional development and travel. Benefits include 22 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, health/dental insurance options, and retirement contributions of 10% to a Fidelity Investments retirement plan. Â A start-up package includes $10,000 for moving and ongoing professional development expenses.
