We are looking for a Public Services Coordinator with a strong customer service background, excellent communication and technology skills, combined with proven leadership experience and the ability to successfully motivate and develop staff.

This administrative position reports to the Library Director and assists in the management, planning, supervising, implementing and oversight of all public services with direct supervision over paraprofessional and professional public service staff.

Requirements include a mandatory Master’s degree in library/information science from an ALA accredited university; mandatory Librarian’s Professional Graduate Certificate from the Georgia Certification Board and a minimum three (3) years of professional experience in library services, including **two (2) years of administrative and/or supervisory responsibility at the managerial level preferred. **

Starting salary is $60,000 – $62,000. Position is state paid and salary is based on qualifications and experience.
