Office Coordinator

The Scarborough Public Library has a vacancy for an Office Coordinator. This unique position has regular contact with department heads to collaborate on maintaining and expanding office efficiency through purchasing supplies, brainstorming ways to improve shared spaces and contacting contractors for various services.

The office coordinator is also responsible for collecting volunteer applications and working with the department heads to find mutually beneficial assignments.

Once the ideal candidate establishes a routine, they will be mentored to assist with book processing and minor repairs.
