Full-Time Head of Adult Reference Services Oversees the Adult Reference department, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, reporting, and scheduling. Supervises a team of full-time Librarians and part-time Library Assistants. Participates in short- and long-range planning for adult reference services and facilities. Interprets library policies for patrons. Coordinates activities with other department heads.

Full-Time Head of Facilities Performs administrative and managerial work in coordinating, directing, and leading repair and upkeep of the library’s buildings and grounds to ensure the safety, efficiency, and appearance of the facility. Works with architects, engineers, skilled trades, semi-skilled laborers, and outside contractors engaged in construction, renovation, maintenance, and repairs of buildings, structures, and equipment. Prepares and monitors the annual maintenance operating budget. Ensures that the library meets or exceeds all regulatory codes. Supervises custodial and security staff.

Part-Time Library Technical Assistant II - Career Services Provides career support in a variety of ways. Provides outstanding customer service to guide patrons to resources and materials and instruct them in multiple facets of technology. Possesses strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
