Library Services Manager

Description

Under direction of the Director of Community and Cultural Services; manages, plans, organizes, and administers activities, services, programs, and operations of the Cerritos Library. 

Requirements

Oversees and manages the Library’s print and multimedia collections, electronic resources, reference desk services, conference center operations, special events, and cultural presentations; plans, guides, and leads programming and service staff in serving Library patrons; gathers and presents statistics on patron program participation and use of print and digital collections for effective resource allocations; plans and develops Library Services budget and cost allocations; recommends and implements Library Services goals, objectives, policies, and priorities; prepares and maintains reports, documents, and records; performs related work as required.
