Library Director - Knoxville, Iowa

Main duties: Under general supervision of the Knoxville Public Library Board of Trustees and in cooperation with the Library Board of Trustees Chairperson, plans, coordinates, supervises and participates in the operation of the Knoxville Public Library according to local, State and federal directives. Responsible for all operations of the library. Works with the staff and Board members to formulate future plans for the library, develop policies, plan programs and provide services to people of the community.

Cooperates with County, Regional, and State libraries to promote good services and programs in libraries everywhere. Supervises library staff including volunteers.
