Library Aide (Adult Services)

Responsible for -

• Circulation
• Reference
• Assisting the public with obtaining materials
• Special projects as assigned

Hours:

Work schedule includes weekday, evening and Saturday hours. This is a year-round position.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of relevant experience
• Skills in working with the public and others in a courteous and professional manner
• Multi-tasking at the Circulation Desk
• Library and computer experience are strongly preferred.

This is a part-time, non-exempt, non-union position with partial benefits including paid holidays and pro-rated paid leave time.

Salary: Pay range NU11 in 10 steps: $19.21 to $24.73 per hour, depending on the skills and background of the candidate.
