View more recent job openings →Report to the Director of Library Resources with primary responsibilities for operational oversight of the Boone Campus Library. May include some evening hours.
Essential Functions
Provides oversight for daily activities of the library at the Boone campus and support for the Library Specialist(s), Library Assistants, and Adjunct Librarians. Maintain current library programs as well as create and implement new library initiatives. Coordinate proven and innovative ideas and best practices to establish cohesive marketing and communication strategies supporting successful engagement and IL programs. Provide reference and research assistance to students, faculty and staff in-person, on the phone, through email /chat. Develop and deliver workshop/instruction opportunities for students, faculty, and staff inline with the mission of the Libraries,Compile and maintain statistical reports of selected library activities.
