IT Support Specialist

We are seeking applicants who can wear many hats, enjoy working with library staff, who are able to maintain the library ‘s technology infrastructure, who can create and maintain clear and comprehensive systems documentation and reporting, who can ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the library ‘s technology systems, who can be an advocate for embracing new trends in technology, who keep abreast of current IT and Library trends, who have the ability to learn the organization and operation of the library, and who have the willingness to attend continuing education sessions. 

Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience in an I.T. related field, CompTIA A+ Certification. Experience working in customer service, available to work evenings, weekends, and “on-call” for emergency situations, and has access to transportation.
