The Electronic Resources Coordinator serves as the leader in managing the electronic resources lifecycle reporting to the Director, Metadata and Library Technical Services, and as a member of the Library Technical Services team. The Electronic Resources Coordinator will apply the latest electronic resources management best practices to existing and newly emerging work in the University Libraries. The successful candidate will manage the electronic resources lifecycle including access and end user support. They will oversee and perform electronic resource management activities to ensure library resource availability. The Coordinator will be responsible for activating and managing new and existing electronic resources. They will serve as a resource for staff for understanding and troubleshooting electronic resource issues. Essential to the position is clear communication, managing workflows, and a desire to work closely with library colleagues as well as vendors and publishers.
