Director of Children's Services

The Farmington Libraries is seeking a forward-thinking and service-driven leader for our Children’s Department. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, flexible, and detail oriented. In this role, you will oversee a staff of seven in an active children's department. You will develop, recommend and implement new and diverse children's programs, collections, and services that meet the needs of the community and with a focus on all aspects of literacy; prepare annual budgets and staffing requirements; and serve as a person-in-charge on scheduled nights and weekends.
