Job Summary

The digitization specialist will fulfill patron driven reproduction requests, including patron communication and deliverable. The specialist will also digitize rare and unique material for departmental projects, following departmental and professional best practices. The specialist will also provide metadata support for digital preservation, upload, and file ingest. In addition to digitization, the specialist will provide public services support at service desks, answer routine reference questions and stay up to date on current archival practices.
