Position Summary
Reporting to the Access Services Manager, the Course Reserves Supervisor is responsible for coordinating course support services, including but not limited to physical and electronic reserves. This position manages course support services in close collaboration with staff across the University, supervises course reserves library staff, coordinates reserves workflows, and manages the day-to-day setup and usage of the Ex Libris Leganto resource list management software. This position will be instrumental in creating a vision for the future of Course Reserves. Scheduled hours will be Tuesday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-6pm. On occasion the schedule requires flexibility as this position provides coverage for other staff and for changes to operating hours as needed.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 6.
Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $20.40 - $25.55.
