Computer Services Clerk

Do you like to help others solve their computing problems? Poplar Creek Public Library is looking for a tech-savvy individual with good customer service skills. This position involves assisting patrons in finding information and using library services in the public computing area of the library; assisting patrons with use of library equipment and software applications by explaining and demonstrating their operation; assisting patrons with internet searching and their personal electronic devices.

Education: HS graduation or GED required. Some college credit preferred. 

Experience: Adept at learning new technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Google Docs a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
