Any time the libraries are open, Circulation and Access Services and Divisional Libraries staff are available to help faculty, students, staff, and visitors find and use our collections, services, and resources. Our goals are to provide information, answer user questions, and connect users to what the library has to offer.
As the Circulation and Access Services Supervisor you will coordinate library services to meet the informational, educational, and research-related needs of library users. You will assist staff in answering requests for information and search references. You will set student and regular employee desk schedules, plan and direct their work, evaluate their job performances, handle staff complaints or grievances, and discipline staff. You will report to the Hatcher/Shapiro Library Daytime and Weekend Manager.
