Duties Include

Serving patrons at the Adult Services desk Printing, copying, faxing services Maintaining the Non-Fiction collection Checking in and out items Reserving rooms Supporting adult learners, including connections to community resources Tech support and computer assistance Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting Answering and routing phone calls Contributing to regular adult programming and special events including the Winter Market, FantasyCon, and Merchant Street MusicFest

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working with the public are required Working knowledge of Windows-based software, Microsoft Office, internet, cash handling, and Google workspace are also required Customer focused, learning agility, adaptability On the job training is provided
