We are actively seeking a Youth Associate brimming with creativity, passion, and a genuine connection to our community's children aged 0-10. As a team member, you will spend time at the youth service desk, orchestrate and lead exciting programs, and interact with our vibrant afterschool tweens. Your role extends beyond the library walls, contributing to our overarching mission of nurturing literacy and serving as the cultural hub of our community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years in an adolescent-related degree program from an accredited college. 
• 1 year experience working with children ages 0-10.
• Some experience with an automated ILS, preferably SirsiDynix
• Must work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Background check required.
