Teen Services Coordinator

The Poplar Creek Public Library District is looking for a creative, motivated, and supportive librarian who is an effective communicator with teens in a diverse setting. Responsibilities of this position include creating and implementing teen-oriented educational and recreational services and programs; Coordinating the Teen Advisory Board; Participation in outreach activities; Connecting with local agencies to promote community engagement. Additional duties include supervising teen services support staff and serving as liaison to the district's middle schools and high school.

Education: MLS/MLIS from an accredited library school required.

Experience: Minimum of 3-years related experience in a public library setting. Supervisory experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
