Job Description

Process newspaper preservation from collection to digitization. Perform quality check of the scanned newspapers. Perform quality check of downloaded digital newspapers. Assist in performing advanced editing of scanned and born-digital images. Assist with quality check of processed microfilm. Maintain up-to-date records of the microfilming process. Assist in the Research Center with patrons.

Shift

20 hours per week during business hours

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour Grade: GGS-005 University Title: Library Information Assistant Internal applicants can determine their University title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
