The Jacksonville Public Library is actively seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate.

The part-time Customer Experience Associate performs basic reference services, collection maintenance, writing or presenting programs and/or customer service assistance or programs to children of all ages and their parents/caregivers.

Education/Qualifications:
