Library Associate

The Seneca Public Library District is seeking a detail oriented Library Associate responsible for providing public services to patrons and assistance with special programs. Benefits include participation in IMRF and paid leave. Responsibilities: •    Assist patrons at the circulation desk.                                                  •    Help with special programs for children and adults. •    Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: •    High school diploma and minimum one year of work experience in a customer focused environment; library experience preferred. •    Strong public services and organizational skills. •    Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others.
