Informational Services Librarian

The Dartmouth Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the part-time position of Informational Services Librarian.

This Union position is 19 hours per week. The schedule will include evenings and every other Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Assists customers of all ages in locating and using available resources and provides timely and accurate information and answers research questions; selects materials as directed. Technical and direct service work in planning, managing and implementing adult and children's services, programs and activities. Qualifications

Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited school; three years professional public library experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
