Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and direction of all aspects of the library operation. This includes staff organization and development; physical plant; fiscal management and planning; activities and services such as library instruction; collection development; faculty, student, and administrative relations; marketing & engagement; cooperation with other libraries; policy recommendations; and long- and short-range planning. Will supervise professional, support, and student employee staff.

Qualifications: Master's Degree from an ALA-accredited MLS, MLIS or equivalent program (advanced degree in an additional field preferred) and demonstrated knowledge and experience in the effective application of professional skills. Salary & Benefits: The hiring salary range is $118,133 - $147,597 and is commensurate with candidates' experience. WCSU offers a comprehensive benefits package.
