The Ottenheimer Library at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock invites applications for** two vacancies** for the position of Academic Success Librarian (R0061430).

The Academic Success Librarian collaborates with university faculty, students and staff to support campus-wide initiatives in research and teaching and learning. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with library colleagues and campus partners to contribute to a shared vision of the library’s role in academic success. This on-site position holds a twelve-month faculty appointment with rank leading to tenure. Salary: $52,000-$55,000.

Duties and Responsibilities: Provides student research support and instructional services. Serves as liaison to assigned departments. Collaborates with faculty to integrate affordable course content (ACC) and open educational resources (OER) into courses. Engages in scholarly, professional and service activities. Required: A master’s degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited program. Preferred: Experience in the provision of research assistance and/or instruction in an academic library.
